This renovation project involved transforming a 470 m² luxury villa. Key responsibilities included managing communication with a Shanghai-based client, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and designing the renovation plans. The project maintained high quality while adapting to numerous changes, including specific furniture preferences. Bilingual communication in English and German facilitated smooth collaboration.
